What is the fourfold gospel?
The Christian and Missionary Alliance uses this phrase for four aspects of Jesus’ work: he rescues, makes us holy, heals, and will return. Gospel means good news. These descriptions bring together what Christians believe Jesus has done, is doing, and will complete.
These articles express my convictions and experience within the Alliance tradition. I explain unfamiliar terms as we go and link to fuller discussions where Christians understand a passage or teaching differently. You can begin with any article or read through all four.
